promissary note
i go to court within seven days,over an 844. dollars dispute.
the plaintiff has a promissary note
with my signature;i never signed.
any idiot could see that is not my signature.my question.in the state of florida what charges could be filed against the plaintiff.he gave me three differnt price as things went along last as 3600.00 paid
in full! now no paper work after but wants another 844.00.

You haven't given us enough facts to determine what all the criminal charges could be, but here are some suggestions: forgery, uttering a forged instrument, theft, and fraud.
