Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Promissory Note- Default.

How can I lean against a property if it was an unsecured loan? I had a promissory note worth 25K which defaulted and seeking repayment. How do I go about collection of funds. I am not interested in courts, but a swift result in getting results. The note stated I could not use a collection agency. What are my alternatives?

you really need to file suit to collect upon your note if you cant use a collection agency. Then you can garnish wages assert liens, etc. Please call or e-mail me re: same.
