Proposal for New Agreement

What can I do about my husband's ex-wife who agreed to get a settle from the proceeds of the property. The property has been listed since March 2008 without any inquires. What kind or resolutions and relief can we inact due to the fact that the property has not been sold and she is looking for her money.
