How do I put a Lein on a debtors house?

I have a client that is trying to welch out on 300,000+ debt for over 2 1/2 years work. How do I put a lein on their property.

It depends on the type of work you performed for the client. Was it work on their house.

Firstly, you must sue and reduce your claim to a judgment. Thereafter you perfect your judment, being sure to record in the county in which the realty is located.
