putting a judgment in bankrupcy

I am a assignee of record in a small claims judgment from 12/2001. The debtor is now going to try to claim banko. Is the judgment dischargable in this banko or can I still go after her?

Dischargeability depends upon the nature of the judgment.

Depends on what it was a judgment for. Generally, if your debt is listed in his petition it will be discharged.
