Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

HI My question is this last night my car was repossessed. I told the man no I wouldn't give him my car as I had no clue who he was and he could not give me any paperwork. long story short he became verbally and physically abusive and pushed me to ground threatened to pepper spray me while I was on the phone with 911 and threatened to run me over with the tow truck. what are my rights and what can I do?
