Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Ok quick question, I'm a member of a Gpt (GetPaidTo) Site , Its a website that pays you every time you get credited for completing an survey , So the more online surveys that you do and get credited for , the more money you will make. Now I requested a payment of $50 dollars from one of these Gpt Sites and on there "Frequently asked questions" page, They stated that they will pay you in 24hrs , I request a payment on the 21st of December and it is now the 25th of December, I've done my research and I've learned that some of these sites will delete your account to avoid having to send you your payment, what can I do to prevent this I've tried speaking to the owner of the website but he seems to be ignoring my emails ,I have already taken multiple screen shots of my pending payments as proof that I have completed offers up to $50,soon my payment request will be up to $80 . any advice?

My best advice is to walk away. Leave anything you are owed and walk away. If you insist you must be paid, take the website owner to small claims court.
