Can a Real Estate Broker do credit repair in Florida?

They may be qualified in some other way. But a real estate broker in and of itself is not qualified to do credit repair. Maybe they are great at negotiation, but they need a power of attorney signed by you to dig into your financials or they are a attorney and they are not telling you.
