Under that reason do you have to sign over you home.

I am not really certain exactly what your question is. I cannot see previous questions, so you need to be a detailed in each posting.
Generally, though, a homeowner never has a legal obligation to "sign over" their home. The only time a Florida homeowner can lose their home is through foreclosure, and the judge strips the homeowners' rights with the Judgment of Foreclosure, no "signing over" required.
