Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Just received a bill for Medical services from 6/28 - 9/26 /2006. Not quite 3 yrs ago. I was under the impression that everything had been taken care of by my insurane - Medicare & Blue Shield. There must be a statute of limitations on these kinds of things. Can you help me?

The statute of limitations is usually four years.
