Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I received a letter from dfs. Paf ..their is 3 large amounts 87.17. 130.00. 64.99 I do recall stopping at this store purchasing food items for my husband and 4 kids and my self my card never scanned in bout six yrs. Bottom line they want me to reply I admit to the money and will pay back or I do not admit that's the daxts as presented are correct. But have to repay back and take a disqualification. And a reduction or have a hearing I have never miss used my card. Its to feed my family and I. This has been over a yr 2010 November,idont know wht to do never had this I can't agrue to pay something I never had. Iam really woundering when I used my card if the store cleark ever took more out.that's the needs to pay the money but I get punished. Need advice

Why now does your account show these amounts. I would deny the debt. answer the complaint and state affirmatively that you did not charge these amounts. Ask them to produce receipts of what was purchased and the signature on the receipt. Go to the hearing and tell the judge this must have been identity theif as you were never billed for these amounts.
