Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I received a letter form an attorney that the credit card company had. I have not being able to make all payments they wanted me to and i stopped for a while. Then i made arrangements with the attorney office and i thought the payments were supp. be autopaid and it seems that they did not get my bank info correctly i don't know what happened, that now they are suing me for the amount i owe supp. $5000 plus any extras up to $15,000 wow.... i cant affort that. Now i want to pay but they only gave me an option previously to pay $2000 and the account would be cleared unfortunately i did not have the money then. I dont know where to go but i must send a letter soon to the county and i must appear in court it said. Now this account has been opened since year 2000. Any suggestions?
