Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I received a medical bill from a pediatric company that provided services to my baby at a hospital.
They didn't provide me with an itemized statement that shows the cost of each service rendered. Do they have to show me these prices if I request it?
Thank you,
Helen

As a consumer you generally have a right to an explanation of charges. You should contact the company and make this request. In the event that the creditor is uncooperative you should correspond with the company in writing and track your requests and the creditor's response for any future dispute resolution.
Best of luck
