Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I received a notice of hearing from Cooling and Winter (not so nice debt collector...google name). I went to the hearing and they did not. The Judge rejected their plea. What happens now?

If they did not appear the judge should have dismissed their case. So... did he?
