Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have received a "order on motion to perfect motor vehicle lien under supplementary proceedings". Does this men that the car that they are going to attempt to put a lien on can be repossessed? Further, can they lien or take car even though I am paying a lender for it currently?

Their lien will be subordinate to your lender's lien. It will effect your title when you try to sell.
