Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I received a summons to go to a pretrial. I called the number on the summons to portfolio recovery. I made payment arrangements over the phone. I still plan on attending this pre-trial conference. my question is, will they notify their lawyer that I made these Arrangements? If not what should I say .

See a consumer lawyer in your area for assistance. We win these cases 99% of the time. Do not agree to pay without seeing a consumer lawyer.
