Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I received a summons to appear for a pre-trial conference in Florida pertaining to unpaid monies to capital one credit card. I appeared, stated that I agree that I owe the monies but am not able to pay it and I was informed that I would receive paperwork from the company or the courts. I never received the paperwork and when I accessed my bank account last week, the account was frozen. what can I do? Do I have any rights?

Sounds like they got a jidgment and garnished account. Need to act asap witn settlement or possible bk
