Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I just received a writ of garnishment from the court. I am the provider for my daughter and husband and we are afraid that we will not be able to pay the house note and other bills. How can I stop the garnishment?

What kind of writ of garnishment is it? is the judgment against you or your husband or both? There are many exemptions that can be raised to these writs of garnishment, but you probably want to get some legal help, there are many deadlines that need to be complied with.
