Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I recently was buying a vehicle but later couldn't afford the payments so I turned the vehicle back into the dealership.Can I still be held responsible for payments of the vehicle?

Yes. It is very important that when the dealer puts the car up for auction, that you keep all papers relating to it and send it to a consumer lawyer to see it the dealer complied with the law.
