Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I recently discovered that a gym forged my signature on an e-contract. I have a contract that is filled out differently that I signed then the one that they posted online. They also signed my initials on items on the e-contract that I did not sign on my orginal, Is this even legal?

**I have a copy of my original and I have also printed out the copy they posted online.

Maybe, maybe not. But you have a contract with this gym - if the gym didn't change any of the terms of the contract, and they are performing its part of the contract, what are your real damages (that is, what actual harm have you suffered)?
