Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I recently had a judgement against me for credit card debt. They sent me a form to fill out about my finances my personal income and wanted my husband ss # job information and income information as well. My husband objected to and would not let me fill this information out due to he was never on this credit card and stated they have no business with his information this was my debt. Can the court force him to produce his income and personal information for my credit card debt

You are allowed to object to that portion of the form. The court can force you to fill it out, but they usually don't. You can write on the form that you object.
