Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I recently had a judgement put against me from a credit card debt in florida. It was only in my name the credit card. I am worried about our automobile. We still have a $6000. loan on it for the next 2 years and the car is probably worth about the same. The credit card debt is 7000. can they take our car. The car is in both our names but the credit card and judgement is just in mine

If you are married, it is unlikely. If the loan is equal to the value of the car, equally unlikely.
