Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have recieved a letter in the mail. It is a notice of deposition And tells me to appear and bring all my financial info. Is the legally binding. What will happen if i dont show up.

If a lawsuit is pending against you, yes. They will ask the court to enter an order directing your appearance.
