Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have been renting from rent a center lost my job and now they call everyday and say there going take my stuff what happns if I don't give it back ?? Can I go to jail or is in a cival suit I have 14 payments left outta of 64... number is 8606394230

call and make arrangements with them to pay a lesser amount until you can obtain a job. YOu probably signed a contract and the stuff is not worth the 14 payments but they want money. Ask for a payoff balance and be done with them. You could negotiate a lesser amount since I am sure they don't want the stuff back.
