Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
reply to summons
Dear Sir/Madam:
Due to weak condition and current hostage situation in Asia, I am not in position to lead my incorporation with lawyer which is law. 21st is a date to notify court about my lawyer and I couldnt make it in given two weeks time to find lawyer for my incorporation, due to high fees.
Although charges are not belong to our company, the person who owe the charges is expired in Seattle/WA, and imp doccuments are with him which I failed to get.
What I should do now? Do I entitle to pay? or any way I can refuse the summons?
Kindly advice me ASAP.

Re: reply to summons
From what I understand in your question, you have not been able to retain an attorney to represent you at a hearing. If you signed the documents or you signed the papers for your corporation, you MAY have to pay the money. I can not give you a legal opinion based on what you have stated.
I do not fully understand your other questions and welcome you to call my office or have a friend who can translate for you call my office.
In this country, it is important to understand the law and know your rights. There is no fee if you call my office.
