Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Repo question

I'm obviously about 35 days late on my car payment and the finance company is very rude. I'm worried they may come try to take the car. My question is this. If I park another car behind my car can the repo guy move the other car to get to mine? I do have a survailance system so if they did it, it would be cuaght on tape. Thank you.

The repo guy may not legally move a car to get to your car. Remember, I said "legally."
