Repossesion

My wife and I just came out of bankruptcy. My wife had a car repoed and it was sold at auction for substantually less than what was owed on it.A collection agency is taking her to court to collect the difference.She does not work and my budget is already -$200 a month.There is absolutely no way we can pay them.Any idea what's going to happen when we go to court?

Please advise me if the creditor was scheduled on your bankrupcy petition. Did your wife execute a re-affirmation agreement? Was it approved by the Court? Your wife may have substantial defenses as well as affirmative claims. Seek counsel now. You can see me Call 305-940-8080.
