Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Responding to requests from Plaintiff

I have debt which went into default. It was ruled against me by an Orange count judge that I must pay the owed amount. I have tried to make payment arrangements, but the plaintiff is requesting that I pay the full amount. I am a student, therefore, I do not have any assets as yet other than my car. I have received a packet today that included,a request for Admission, Production and interrogatories. I do not know the best way to respond to them.

What is the best way to respond to those requests? What step should I take? I know that I will not be able to pay the debt in any other way other than a monthly basis. How do how handle the matter?

A reply would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks....
