Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

S Corp Debt

I have an S Corp and am finding it hard to make ends meet. If I close the doors what responibility will I have to repay the creditors who I owe. The credit cards are in the companies name but I am signed on as the signatory. Can they persue me and come after my house and such? What options do I have?

If you signed as officer and did not agree to guarantee the payment personally when you took out the card you are ok.
