Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

school payment

We pulled our son from a private school we could know longer afford. We still owed them 3 months of payments. They have got a collection lawer on us after 2 years. We do not agree with what they say we owe them. How can I fight this?

Depending on the circumstances, you may have some defenses under the FDCPA, among other possible defenses. However, it is impossible to give you an analysis of your case without understanding all of the facts. You may want to retain a lawyer to help you fight their counsel.
