Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

someone trying to serve a subpoena to me for request for records...They went to my office but I am not there since there is no work and did not get served. Do I have to call them or what will happen if they do not serve me?

It will only delay the hearing for the other party. However, you can produce the records without having to appear.
