Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I was served with a PLURIES SUMMONS for a car load debt I have in Florida. I do not work and I don't have any income. I moved to a different State. What should I do?

The pluries summons simply means that they have not been able to find you after serving normal summons'. The bottom line is that if the car is security for the loan, which I'm sure it is, then you need to return the car. Or pay the debt; which does not sound as a possibility.
It also means they can file a judgment against you by constructive service. Contact these people and agree to mitigate the damages - pay something.
