being served a summons

i have been served a summons for a credit card debt of $14,000 in which i have not paid for over 5 years, what lagally can i do about this? is there still time to set up a paymeny plan?

Did not the statute of limitations expire in this matter? You can call me if you desire, I represent quite a few persons with credit card companies.
