Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My same sex partner and I lived together for just over 11 years. We both have credit cards in our own names in which we used for various items while we were together. We parted ways a few months ago. Am I legally bound to pay for half of the debt that is in her name?

You are only liable for the debt in your own name.
