Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a single Bank Of America checking account, my husband went to my banking branch gave out my account nr and pin and had some fraudulent company wire money in it, since it was fraudulent he took the money out and wired it somewhere else.

Now bank of america says he stole the money since it was never in it in the first place.

Now they froze my account and hold me responsible for it paying the $2700.00 he stol from bank of america

Can I have him arrested even thou bank of america says their policy is that since he had my debit card and my pin nr they assumed it was ok

Can I press charges and have him arrested
