small claim court suit from a collection agency

I the dept last payment was over 4 yrs ago and charged off from the orignal credit card do I have to pay the collection agency due to the statue of limitation and orignal debt was recent removed from my credit history

Usually, the statute of limitations is five years from the date of last payment, so they might have just caught you in time. You should show your paperwork to a lawyer to be sure, though.
