I received a final judgment - how do I collect from the debtor

The amount of the judgment will determine how much time and money you want to put into trying to collect. Make sure that you get the judgment recorded and CERTIFIED in the county where the debtor resides. Only a certified judgment will prevent the debtor from refinancing.
