Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I know this was not smart, but a friend of mine was behind on her vehicle payments, so I caught her up on payments, and have been paying for a year. We made a notarized contract stating that I would be authorized to use the vehicle and after paid will be turned over to me at the end of payments. I have made payments for a year and about another year to go, but now she wants to break our agreement and take the vehicle.

Do I have any recourse with the notarized contract between my friend and self now?

Sounds like you have to sue her in small claims court for your money and or breach of contract.
