Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am on social security and can no longer pay my auto loan. I owe much more than car is worth. What can they do to me to collect balance owed after they reposses and sell car. I can not afford to file bankruptcy.

They will place a judgment against you and at some point in time find a way to tap your bank account or other assets to get the money owed.
