Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I sold a motorcycle to a friend and her boyfriend. she wanted it for him. I agreed to a payment plan. they are no longer together but have not finished paying for the bike. she is the registered owner, I am the leinholder. I have repossed the bike due to non-payment. she doesn't want him to have it, but he wants to pay for it. she also wants to pay for it and re-sell it. question is: who can I legally give it to after payment is made?
