Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

we sold a used vehicle to our neighbor and had a witnessed contract calling for three payments. contract stated that if payments not made a written 15 day notice to pay in full or surender vehicle could be exersised. we have exewrsised that option and just learned that the buyer pawned the vehicle, what are our options?
