Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My son owed me $2150. What can i do to get him to return this money. My husband told him to so much a month yet does not do it. He owes a lot more than this for the past years. But we only ask him to pay this amount. What can i do? Thank hope to hear from you soon. Mrs. Yvonne

take him to small claims court - you can file online to do so. Get your receipts together. If you paid cash, then show a bank statementt where you drew the funds out to give to him.
