Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

what can i do if state says i owe sales taxes that i was never aware of, for out of state materials to build my home this my homestead? I was not the one who ordered product and never received any info indicating tax do!

Speak to a tax lawyer. The failure to pay sales taxes in Florida is a very serious felony, and ignorance is no defense. If there is any chance that the state is right, this must be handled immediately or you could face charges.
