The maintenance payments remain due for at least 4 years if not 5. Once the Association files a Claim of Lien, they must file a suit to foreclose on the Claim of Lien within one (1) year or it will expire. They can file an amended Claim of Lien which will renew the claim for unpaid maintenance assessments.
