Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

stay of judgement

I recently signed a stip. to stay judgement w/ attorney for a credit card company. Their attn. said I had to agree to $100 per month. A family member had offered me $1000.00 so I told the attn. I would put this amount down. He told me it was not necessary but i insisted since I thought I would have it . He wrote this into the agreement and of course the $1000.00 didn't come through. I called th e c.a. and explained I could only send $400 they had me fax agreement w/ explanation, and while I have been waiting for a response, the due date has passed. I called and a very rude rep. told me she couldn't answer my questions . I do not want a judgement placed, what should I do????
