Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have currently stopped paying for my credit card bills and soon to file bankrupcy. I recieved a letter from th court, the credit card company being the plaintiff and me the defendant. I recieved an order quashing service of process. then it says ordered and adjudged that service of process as to defendant being me, is hereby quashed. what does this mean?? Thank you

The sevice is deemed null and void. They can start again. Make sure you include all your creditors in the bankruptcy.

Quashing service only buys you a few extra days. It's a procedural thing; the underlying lawsuit may still be valid. The lawsuit doesn't go away simply because you were not properly served, and you still need to include this creditor (and all creditors) in your bankruptcy claim.
