Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Stuart Allan and Associates is harassing me on behalf of Bankers Life and Casualty company, whom I worked for in 2008 about 3 months. I earned $2600 in commision the time I was there and they are now saying I owe $1084. They would not send me documentation as to why I owe. They have just sent me infomation 2 days ago that states why and gave me until 4pm to pay. They call my cell phone all day, leave messages. When I finally get the guy on the phone he is a complete ass and makes tons of derogitory remarks and says how he can ruin my credit and vector report and he would be happy to do it. Can they do this?
