Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a student loan that I pay on line, when the payments are not made exactly on the due date I start getting collection calls. I understand this, however, the calls are continuous throughout the day, most days with no messages left. For example, today I received calls at 8:55am; 1:03pm; 1:46pm; 2:14pm. The call at 1:46pm there was an automated message to call them.

When does bill collection turn into harassment?
