Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i got a subpoena decus tecum for deposition in aid of execution from a debt collector attorney but i have written them to negiotiate payment plan or pay less amount from total due but have had no reply from them. do i still have to go to the deposition?

Yes. You must go to the deposition until you are excused by the attorney who signed it or by a judge.
