Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I'm getting sue from creditor for my car repo. I didn't show up for court . Can I get arrested for not showing up and can they garish my paycheck or my bank account in Florida. Or Florida don't allow Them to go garish my paycheck or go in my bank account.

You might want to file a stay of execution and ask for a rehearing date - it better be a really good excuse. As to your assets - they can go after anything that will pay the debt incluidng your bank account.
